T9E Ranch is intensely managed for trophy whitetail deer, dove, turkey, black bucks and axis. Hunts include the service of a professional guide and all harvests are at the guide’s discretion. During a booked hunt, does, coyotes, sows and piglets may be harvested for no additional fee, at the sole discretion of the Guide.
Meals, lodging, wine, services of professional guide and transportation on ranch are included in all Whitetail Deer hunts.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of booked rifle hunt(s) is required to secure a reservation. The balance of the cost of the hunt is due at the conclusion of each hunt/harvest. A full harvest fee will be due if a hunter wounds an animal. Payments are accepted by cash, check or credit card.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of of booked bird hunt(s) is required to secure a reservation. The balance of the cost of the bird hunt is due 14 days prior to your arrival to the ranch.

Refund Policy
A deposit of 50% of booked hunt(s) is required to secure your reservation. If you pay your hunt deposit online and the requested dates are not available, we will notify you to arrange for alternative dates. If we are unable to book your hunt your deposit will be refunded. Once your date has been confirmed and reserved for your hunt, the deposit will no longer be refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions.
